Buyer-intent discovery

Every buyer conversation, two looks.

TwoLooks reads public posts where someone needs what you sell, gives each one two independent looks, and shows you the sentence that proves it. You reply. Nothing is ever posted for you.

Ten seats. Sixty days. No charge. Signals in your Slack within the first week.

Illustration: six blurred public posts. Moving a lens over them sharpens the text and highlights the one sentence that shows buying intent. The sentences it finds: "Someone copies messages between the two by hand every day"; "I need Slack to Teams and Teams to Slack for one channel"; "Looking for a bridge that doesn't require everyone to install a second app". The other three posts are noise: a keyboard thread, a vendor promotion, and a history-migration question.

What is TwoLooks?

TwoLooks is a buyer-intent discovery tool. It reads public conversations on sources like Hacker News and GitHub, keeps the posts where someone is looking for what you sell, and delivers each one to Slack or your CRM with the verbatim sentence that shows intent.

Why two looks?

One model that reads and writes will eventually invent a buyer. The first look is a calibrated classifier that cannot write. The second explains the match and must quote the post word for word. When they disagree, you see the disagreement, not a confident guess.

What do I get?

One card per signal. A 0 to 100 score, the source link, the quote, the reasoning, and a reply draft that discloses who you are. It lands in Slack today and in your CRM by adapter. You decide what to send.

How it works

Each stage is cheaper than the next one is expensive.

01 · watch

Describe your buyer

One sentence in plain English. TwoLooks polls official APIs every fifteen minutes and fetches each post once.

02 · first look

Calibrated gate

A classifier that only answers typed questions: what kind of post, buying now, product fit. Confident noise stops here, at a fraction of a cent.

03 · second look

Evidence or nothing

A language model explains the match and quotes the post verbatim. A quote that is not in the post caps the score below delivery.

04 · you reply

Human sends

The card arrives in Slack and your CRM with a disclosed reply draft. There is no post button. That is a design decision.

Case study · SlackBridge

How SlackBridge will find its buyers in public.

SlackBridge, a Slack-to-Microsoft-Teams bridge from Square Post Labs, is the first product going onto TwoLooks. Its watcher will read Hacker News, GitHub, Bluesky, Mastodon, Stack Exchange and Dev.to for agencies and MSPs whose team lives in Slack while their clients live in Teams, and deliver each signal to Slack with the verbatim sentence that shows intent. A person replies. Nothing is posted automatically.

The brief

One plain-English sentence, written once: "SlackBridge connects a Slack channel to a Microsoft Teams channel so messages flow both ways across two organisations. Buyers: agencies and MSPs whose team lives in Slack while clients live in Teams." Both judges read every post against it.

Why SlackBridge first

SlackBridge's buyers describe their exact problem in public: an account manager copying messages between a client's Teams and the agency's Slack by hand. TwoLooks is built to find those threads the same day they are posted.

What gets measured

Every delivered signal is marked right or wrong in Slack. Each month TwoLooks publishes, per watcher: signals delivered, the share marked right, replies that got an answer, and precision at the delivery threshold. SlackBridge's first report follows its first full month on the live pipeline.

Watch both judges read a SlackBridge post.

Pick a sample or paste your own text. This is a simulated run with canned verdicts so you can see the shape of a signal; the live pipeline runs server-side and does the same thing with real models.

Questions

Direct answers, the way we'd give them in a call.

How does TwoLooks score a post?

Each post gets two independent looks. A calibrated classifier answers three typed questions: what kind of post, is the author buying now, how well does the product fit. A language model then explains the match and must quote the post word for word. If the quote is not in the post, the score is capped and the signal is not delivered. When the two judges disagree widely, the signal is flagged for review.

Does TwoLooks post or reply on my behalf?

No. TwoLooks has no post button. It drafts a suggested reply that discloses your affiliation in the first sentence, and a person decides whether to send it.

Which sources does TwoLooks read?

Public sources through official APIs: Hacker News, GitHub, Bluesky, Mastodon, Stack Exchange, YouTube and Dev.to, plus forums and RSS feeds enabled one at a time after checking the publisher's terms. Your own channels through your own authorised connection. X through xAI's X Search with your own key. Reddit is planned through a data licence or approved provider. TwoLooks does not scrape around access restrictions.

Where does my data go?

Only public post text and your written brief are sent to the models. Analytics receive ids, scores, links and timings, never post text. Customers with residency requirements can point TwoLooks at their own inference endpoint.

Who is using TwoLooks first?

SlackBridge, a Slack-to-Microsoft-Teams bridge from Square Post Labs, is the first product going onto TwoLooks. Its watcher will read public developer and agency communities for teams split between Slack and Teams, and deliver each signal to Slack with the sentence that shows intent. The design partner program adds ten more products.

How much does TwoLooks cost?

The design partner program is free for ten partners for sixty days. Post-program pricing is per watcher per month and will be set with partner input; partners keep the rate they are quoted.

Can it watch for churn or brand mentions too?

Yes. The engine does not care whether the brief says "buying" or "about to leave." Three watcher types come from one pipeline: demand, brand, churn.
